Tier 1 Investor:
Designed for wealthy and prosperous individuals willing to invest £2 million or more in the UK Economy (providing evidence of holding at least £2,000,000 investable funds. The funds should be available to be transferred to and invested in the UK), this option leads to temporary UK residency and citizenship. This program is for applicants coming from outside the European Area (EEA) and Switzerland.
Tier 1 (Investor) routes to Indefinite Leave to Remain (IRL) and citizenship dependent on investments made:
- £2 million investment leads to ILR after 5 years and citizenship after 6 years
- £5 million investment leads to ILR after 3 years and citizenship after 5 years
- £10 million investment leads to ILR after 2 years and citizenship after 5 years

Innovator Visa
Designed for experienced entrepreneurs.
- Applicants should have access to at least £50,000 to invest
- Initial visa: 3 years with a possible extension for 3 years more
Sole Representative
Granted to individuals that hold a senior position within a company whose headquarters are outside the UK.
- No investments are required
- Initial visa: 3 years with a possible extension for 2 years
- IRL: after 5 years residing in the UK
Tier 2 (General) visa
An applicant’s employer must possess a sponsorship licence. main UK visa route for skilled workers coming to the UK to take up employment.
- Initial visa: 3 years with a possible extension for 2 years
- IRL: after 5 years residing in the UK
- Citizenship: after 6 years
Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer)
For skilled workers in a foreign country. Minimum of 12 months experience working at their company, unless they are being offered a salary of £73,900
Tier 2 Sponsorship licence
UK employers hiring highly skilled migrant workers from outside of (EEA) must obtain a UK Sponsorship Licence issued by the Home Office. the employer can issue a (COS) to suitably qualified workers, which is a mandatory requirement for employees when applying for Tier 2 Work visa.
EU Settlement Scheme
